2026 15th International Conference on Software and Computer Applications (ICSCA 2026) will be held in Langkawi, Malaysia during February 3-5, 2026. Co-sponsored by Universiti Malaysia Pahang, Malaysia; and FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences, Austria.
ICSCA provides a platform for academicians, researchers, students, engineers as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Software and Computer Applications. The success story of ICSCA includes the organization of 13 conferences taking part worldwide. The history of ICSCA started in 2012 in Singapore, next it was hosted in quite a number of countries and regions including France and Great Britain, Hong Kong, Thailand, Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia.
ICSCA conference proceedings tend to present to the readers the current issues of computer theory and applications, software design and development, data mining algorithms and techniques, image analysis and processing, information theory and network engineering, computer-based education and learning technologies.
ICSCA 2026 is where you will meet and network with leaders, business innovators, researchers, academics and policy makers from across the globe. It's an annual event over the past 13 years and it provides a forum for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, experiences and concerns in the field of Software and Computer Applications.

You are invited to submit manuscript to ICSCA 2026. The accepted paper will be included into ICSCA 2026 Conference Proceedings, which will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM, which will be archived in ACM Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
